Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitor registration is now available for our 2026 show happening on September 22 & 23, 2026 at the Mesa Convention Center. Registration is $1,350 per 10’x10′ booth space. There is an optional add-on for lead generation ($300). Multiple booth spaces can be combined for a larger booth display. Payment is due at the time of registration via credit card, or a check can be mailed. Exhibitor registration is open to manufacturers only (no distributors).
There are multiple first-come, first-served opportunities for sponsorships and training sessions that can be added-on to your registration below.
The lead generation add-on is optional and allows exhibitors to scan the nametags of attendees to collect their information. Only exhibitors who opt for this add-on will be allowed to collect attendee data through scanning their name badges, AZ Audio Video Expo will not provide a list of all attendee information to exhibitors.
Frequently Asked Questions
Exhibitor setup is from 7am-Noon on Tuesday, September 22. The show will be open to the public from Noon-6pm on Tuesday, September 22. The show will be open to the public on Wednesday, September 23 from 9am-2pm. Exhibitor tear down will be from 2-10pm on Wednesday, September 23.
AZ Audio Video Expo is not providing any hotel rooms or block reservations. Exhibitors and attendees are responsible for their own travel & stay arrangements. There are many hotels close to the venue. The Delta Hotels by Marriott Phoenix Mesa is connected to the property of the Mesa Convention Center.
